SPRINGDALE, Ark., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- A five-sentence-long Bible code
discovered in one of the most controversial passages in the Old Testament
appears to echo Gospel accounts of the transfiguration of Christ.
The 40-letter-long code appears in Isaiah 53, a passage that many
Christian Biblical scholars believe is a prophecy of the crucifixion of
Christ. Jewish scholars have disputed this claim for centuries, arguing that
the "suffering servant" depicted in the passage is the Jewish people as a
whole.
The code reads, "Gushing from above, Jesus is my mighty name, and my
clouds rejoiced. Where? At the mountain, said Levi. Their light came. God is
in it."
It was extracted by taking every 20th Hebrew letter within Isaiah 53. The
discovery is detailed in an article posted at
http://www.biblecodedigest.com/page.php/319. The article cites 12 parallels
between this code and Gospel accounts of the transfiguration of Christ.
"With each new lengthy code about Christ discovered in Isaiah 53, it has
become virtually impossible for skeptics to argue with any credibility that
such codes are a coincidence," said Ed Sherman, a nationally known consulting
mathematician who has advised numerous large financial institutions, Fortune
500 companies and government agencies. "As a mathematician with 32 years of
experience, I cannot see any way that the kinds of lengthy codes discovered in
this passage could just be a coincidence."
Sherman is author of the book Bible Code Bombshell, published by New Leaf
Press in June 2005. The book presents over 300 Bible codes about Christ from
key Old Testament passages. He was previously a principal with
PricewaterhouseCoopers, the worlds largest accounting and consulting firm.

Bombshell:
He offended. The resurrection of Jesus. He is risen indeed.
God is for them, and long live the exalted flame. God is Jesus.
And thirst for all of him is the faith of Mary the mother.
Mary is the mother of God.
And in his name, as he commanded, Jesus is the way.
Wonder! Jesus is the truth!
The ascension of Jesus: for the sleeping one will shout. Listen!
Father, the ascension of Jesus is heavenly.
Jesus the gift is master and my lord.
Bemoan the prince, Jesus the king.
And command that we skip everything but the gem of ascension.
Long live the ascension coming from God.
Dreadful day for Mary.
And where are they? The Sanhedrin is finished.
The value of resurrection is thus dear.
Gods miracle to us is appropriate for them in the temple.
Give them a Jewish messiah who will become a priest.
Ascension, considering Gods hands under me.
And command fleets of resurrection from above to flee with raging
excitement.
Greed, according to Matthew, was the rule.
