The steps to the completion of the audit can include:
  • A meeting to identify and agree the desired outcomes on audit.

  • The identification of direct and indirect costs related to the occupational health service.
  • The completion of the audit in consultation with selected functions.
  • A survey of employees to obtain an assessment of the value of the service in relation to their needs and expectations.
  • Preparation of a focused report with clear recommendations.
