Former Walt Disney World Executive to Lead Tropicanas Continuing Customer
Service Initiative
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Tropicana Casino and Resort
announced that Stephen E. Heise has been named Vice President, Human Resources
for the casino hotel property located in Atlantic City, NJ. Mr. Heise is
responsible for the Human Resources Department including Recruitment and
Retention, Compensation & Benefits, and Training & Development. Mr. Heise
will also oversee the Quality Assurance department in a continuing effort to
improve the propertys customer service initiative.

Pamela J. Popielarski, President and General Manager, Tropicana Casino and
Resort. "Beginning with his Walt Disney World experience through to his
national hotel chain experience, Steve is a leader in the field of Human
Resources. Were thrilled to have him join our executive team."
Prior to joining Tropicana Casino and Resort, Mr. Heise worked as Regional
Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in Dallas,
TX. At Walt Disney World Resort, Mr. Heise was instrumental in developing the
Disney Institute, an international model of exemplary training & development
programs. Mr. Heise has also worked for Mercy Health System.
Mr. Heise graduated from Rider University with a bachelors degree and
earned his M.B.A. degree from the University of Maryland. He lives in
Galloway Township, NJ with his wife, Barbara, and two children.
