World Wide Agreement Authorizes MICROS to Actively Market the MICROS
Restaurant Enterprise Series to More Than 11,000 BURGER KING(R) Restaurants

Burger King Corporation as an approved vendor. The world wide agreement
authorizes MICROS to actively market and sell the MICROS RES point-of-sale
solution to more than 11,000 BURGER KING restaurants throughout the world.
Burger King Corporation completed a full test and evaluation of the MICROS
RES point-of-sale solution in its corporate offices in Miami. Upon completion
of this extensive testing, MICROS RES was selected as an approved solution
based on the comprehensive criteria established by Burger King Corporation.
