NEW YORK, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Weight Watchers International
Inc. (NYSE: WTW) will release its results for the fourth quarter and full year
2005 after the NYSE close on Thursday, February 16, 2006.
The Company has scheduled a conference call on February 16th at 5:00 p.m.
ET. During the conference call, Linda Huett, President and Chief Executive
Officer, and Ann Sardini, Chief Financial Officer, will discuss fourth quarter
