Former Walt Disney World Executive to Lead Tropicanas Continuing Customer Service Initiative ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Tropicana Casino and Resort announced that Stephen E. Heise has been named Vice President, Human Resources for the casino hotel property located in Atlantic City, NJ. Mr. Heise is responsible for the Human Resources Department including Recruitment and Retention, Compensation & Benefits, and Training & Development. Mr. Heise will also oversee the Quality Assurance department in a continuing effort to improve the propertys customer service initiative. "Steve brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry," said Pamela J. Popielarski, President and General Manager, Tropicana Casino and Resort. "Beginning with his Walt Disney World experience through to his national hotel chain experience, Steve is a leader in the field of Human Resources. Were thrilled to have him join our executive team."
