Famous for its Made-From-Scratch(TM) biscuits, Hardees has previously expanded the breakfast category by introducing new breakfast burritos and its innovative bowls. Todays entry represents the chains continuing emphasis on food quality, by featuring steak as an ingredient. The Steak N Egg Burrito includes strips of real grilled steak, plus a blend of Swiss and cheddar cheeses, with two eggs, all wrapped in a large, warm flour tortilla. This delicious blend of breakfast flavors is served with zesty salsa. "Burritos have become a staple in the American breakfast diet," said Brad Haley, executive vice president of marketing for Hardees.
