"The way I see it, we have infiltrated behind enemy lines with a Seattle product that is so good it has softened up the fans and opponents of our Seahawks. Its sort of like the Trojan Horse, only we have filled it with Seattle coffee," Canlis said. "Everyone enjoys it so much they are friendlier towards all of us way out here in Seattle. Then when they face our team, we just roast em!" The blend, from four-century-old farms in mountains above Antigua, Guatemala, has been served year round at Canlis since October 2003. Casi Cielo is available at retail in whole bean, one-pound packages at all North American Starbucks locations through February 2006.
